Role Summary:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant in an outpatient environment, you'll collaborate with the physical therapist to implement prescribed therapy plans for patients under their supervision. Working closely under the guidance of a therapist, you'll contribute to managing each patient’s treatment approach.
You will be responsible for executing therapy techniques as outlined by the therapist's care plan while following facility guidelines to ensure high-quality service delivery. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals is essential to uphold professional standards and improve multidisciplinary teamwork.
Primary Duties:
Assist patients/clients following practice standards and facility guidelines.
Administer therapy services according to the treatment plan created by the supervising therapist.
Conduct accurate evaluations within licensure limits to support care planning and assess outcomes.
Maintain effective communication with the overseeing therapist to optimize therapeutic outcomes while documenting patient progress towards objectives.

Compensation Range: $61,500 - $78,000
Requirements:
Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Valid license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
